As Programs Coordinators, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of IAPSS’ diverse portfolio of academic and event programming. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the planning and execution of international conferences, summer schools, study trips, and other related initiatives.

Major Tasks:
- Support the planning and logistics of various programs and events.
- Assist in coordinating international conferences, summer schools, and study trips.
- Facilitate communication with participants, speakers, and partners.
- Collaborate with the Academic Department team to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to post-event evaluations and reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Enrollment as an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral student, or recent graduate of a bachelor’s or master’s program in political science, international relations, conflict studies, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in organizing academic events or conferences is advantageous.
- Knowledge of other languages in addition to English is a valuable asset for coordinating international programs.
Commitment:
The selected candidates are expected to work approximately five to seven hours per week. The tenure for these positions will last until May 2024, with the possibility of an extension.
