Apply for Global Leadership Forum (GLF) 2023
Selection to a GLF cohort is based on:
- Demonstrated commitment to addressing global injustice and poverty.
- Leadership potential, current or future.
- Well-articulated need that can be addressed through the program.
- Commitment to co-create the cohort dynamic.
- Willingness to be fully present and vulnerable with the group experience.
- Demonstration of a growth mindset with regards to personal and leadership development.
- Initial breadth of awareness of key areas of organizational development.
TuitionTuition for cohorts is $2,750. This can be paid either by the cohort participant, their employer, or both. It is strongly encouraged that a participant’s employer support their participation in the Global Leadership Forum, at least in part.
Tuition is due by the date of your first cohort meeting. If cost is a barrier, you are encouraged to apply. Payment plans and limited scholarships (maximum award $1,500) are available for those with need, especially those who have been historically underrepresented in global development leadership including BIPOC, those with origins in the Global South, and folks from small to mid-sized organizations. The amount of scholarship available depends on the need in each cohort and we are willing to work with each cohort member to address their specific financial concerns.
For those who are able, paying the full tuition makes it possible for others with less systemic privilege and access to become full and participating members of our learning community.
Additional inquiries regarding the application process and requests for financial assistance can be sent to GLF Managing Director, Kim Rakow Bernier at team@glfglobal.org.
