- Cybercrime Journalist
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Past work experience on journalistic stories.
- Experience tracking criminal cybercrime gangs.
- Knowledge of digital and operational security, including Tor, encryption, and other privacy tools.
- Experience using OSINT methodologies.
- Storytelling skills to convert complex investigations into enjoyable, readable copy.
- Ability to build partnerships with other media, and collaborate within the OCCRP network to produce award-winning stories.
- Well-versed in international politics, corruption, and organized crime, as well as cross-border money laundering networks and transnational corruption.

- Elasticsearch Consultant
Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience working with elasticsearch and ideally with performance and cost optimization.
- Ideally experience working with an NGO
- Solutions-oriented outlook and collaborative mindset to bring creative solutions to the table

- Program Coordinator
Skills and Experience:
Experience with membership management programs and expertise with Salesforce or equivalent CMS systems is essential. Work experience in fields such as journalism, insurance, program management is highly desirable, as is experience with program evaluation and budgeting.
- Previous experience in member management, sales or recruitment including CMS/CRM software.
- Non-profit management exposure or start-up experience.
- Knowledge of organizational development best practices.
- Budget and donor reporting skills.
- Excellent customer service relationship-building capacity.
- Good writing and editing skills; proficient in English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
- Understand and practice digital security.
- Knowledge of cloud-based office suites including Google applications.

- Director of Development
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong passion for and ability to articulate the power of investigative journalism to hold power to account, especially in the current global context
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and commitment to advancing OCCRP’s mission
- Ability to innovate and act quickly to seize opportunities, prioritize, and work independently to advance goals
- Demonstrated track record identifying and cultivating new private institutional donors
- At least ten years professional experience, including several years leading non-profit development efforts preferred
- Strong grasp of the non-profit media and transparency and accountability donor landscape as well as foundation operations; established philanthropic relationships preferred
- Tested management/supervisory skills; experience fostering team success and optimizing individual performance and growth
- Familiarity with/aptitude to communicate about issues of anti-corruption, financial crime, press freedom, investigative journalism, countering authoritarianism, and international development
- Team player committed to meaningfully and strategically contributing to the organization’s financial strength and foundation for growth
- Strong grasp of non-profit operations and donor due diligence
- Ability to work with a global team, agility to accommodate time differences, and the patience and enthusiasm to build systems and efficiencies for a growing organization
- Comfort using Microsoft Office applications, primarily Word, Excel and Google Docs, wealth screening software, and fundraising/CRM software, including Salesforce
