USAID is hosting a 3-day virtual Recruiting and Hiring Fair to conduct interviews and share information about job opportunities for U.S. citizens. Eligible candidates will have an opportunity to interview with hiring managers, ask questions about working at USAID, and learn how our Agency supports its diverse workforce.

How to be part of USAID Recruiting and Hiring Fair
Instructions to Follow
Step 1: Complete your registration application using the button available to the top right of your browser screen, which says “Register.” You will be asked a few short questions. Once complete, you will receive an email to notify you that your registration is being reviewed.
Step 2: You will receive a registration confirmation email within 24 business hours to notify you of your registration status.
Step 3: To be considered for an interview, you will need to submit your application with all required documentation. If you are eligible for competitive hiring (e.g. all U.S. citizens), click HERE to find the list of specific vacancy announcements to the right side of the screen. We ask that you please apply directly to the vacancies that are of interest to you.
Step 4: If you meet the qualifications for the role, our team will contact you to schedule an interview with hiring managers during the virtual hiring fair. You will receive instructions on how to join your interview on the date of the hiring fair. Applicants who do not have an interview scheduled during the hiring fair are welcome to attend to receive information on crisis operations job opportunities.
