The Supply and Logistics officer (Capacity Development) will support the Supply and Logistics (S&L) as well as the Programme Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) teams in the Venezuela Country office in the procurement capacity assessment and development of its partners and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and provides technical and advisory support and guidance to government and civil society partners on public procurement, logistics and warehousing and supply chain management.
